Hotel desk personnel helpful in giving direction, friendly.
Poor breakfast including spoiled fruit. Only hot water in the sink.

Very bare bones. Burned out bulb in lamp, no iron or ironing board. Wasp nest above entrance to my room.

Nothing.
Everything we paid for 2 bed got 1, dirty, noisy, out of the way.

I would not recommend this hotel to no one. It was dirty, noisy, out of the way, they gave me a 1 bed room when I asked for a 2. There was no shampoo, parking was bad. It is not a 2 star hotel. I paid 20 dollars less for a 100% better room in Nelli's Nevada. ...read more

Friendly people.
Very little hot water, poor bed, forgot to stock toilet paper.

Staff was very friendly. It was not very comfortable. There was never enough hot water and the bed springs squeaked horribly. We did have a big, quiet room, but because we were tucked in the back, we could not get on the WIFI. ...read more

Had 3 queen beds.
Water pressure was very bad, sink coming away from wall, very poor lighting.

For the most part it was ok; location was fine for what we needed. Very poor lighting in room, not enough outlets. Room was very large and spacious. For the price it was fine.

Price.
Exterior rooms.

Super noisy location, small rooms, staff was
not very willing to help, tiny continental breakfast space with no seating and very few options, no extra blankets or pillows, horrible workout room.

It was dirty and had things left in the room from the last visitor.

The hotel was roomy but the hide a bed in the love seat was terrible.

Three double or queen beds was a plus.
Bathrooms are in a deferred maintenance mode.

Friendly staff.

Was friendly and easy to get in and out with luggage.
A little dated.

Nice for the price and time we spent in the room.

The beds were decent. Close to downtown Provo.
The rooms were very small. Could not open the closet door all the way secondary to bed in the way. Continental breakfast was horrible.

Only 2 saving graces for this motel, the staff are very friendly and the beds were relatively comfortable. I had plenty of hot water for showers. In fact in my mothers room the bathroom faucet had no cold water. The rooms were very small, needed updating. I could not open the closet door all the way secondary to the bed being in the way. The bathrooms were even smaller. The stairs were in need of repair, could have easily tripped on the torn carpet covering the stair plus the stairs were not level, some slanting slightly down. Fortunately my parents had a room on the first floor. They would have never been able to manage the stairs safely. My elderly mother had a difficult time getting up the walkway due to high curb. No handicap acesss. The continental breakfast was awful. The vending machines did not work. The pool was void of water. But I did get free WiFi internet connection. I really would not choose this place again. I did not save any money either. ...read more
